RETURN ITEMS

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return items for a refund or a different size. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.

RETURN PROCESS:

  1. Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return. Clearly write “RETURNED GOODS” and your order number on the package. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. You may use any carrier — we recommend choosing an affordable option with tracking.
  2. Complete the return form and send the package.
  3. Your refund will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

EXCHANGE (SIZE CHANGE):

To exchange for another size, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund following the steps above.
