TCB Cat Boy Jeans One-Wash
This fabric pays homage to the period between 1924 and 1944 when the cowboy brand began transitioning to the popular left-hand twilled fabric.
Sold initially as cowboy workwear, this denim is made of the best cotton from the USA to survive all the rigours of horse riding and the cowboy lifestyle. To reproduce the sturdiness of the fabric, TCB employed a 13 OZ selvedge denim.
To recreate the unique slubby nature of the original vintage, a prolonged weaving process was used, and the tension for the warps was held loosely by a vintage loom. The wefts are pre-dyed with a grey thread, so dust and stains remain hidden even when the jeans age. A yarn count of 7 was used for both the wefts and warps. This denim is an exclusive TCB brand called the TCB COWBOY.
